Delete your account

You can permanently delete your SalonAix account and personal data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

From the app (fastest)

1. Open the SalonAix staff app or sign in to your portal.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

Prefer not to use the app? Email support@salonaix.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account” and we’ll process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email, phone number, and profile photo.
• Your professional profile, portfolio, and licenses.
• Your push/device tokens and notification preferences.
• Your membership at every business — you are removed from all of them.

Records a business is legally required to keep — such as completed appointments and financial transactions — are retained in anonymized form so they can no longer identify you. If you are the sole owner of a business, transfer ownership or close the business first.
