Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SalonAix. By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to them. If you use SalonAix on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person, one account — don’t share or transfer your login.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access data you aren’t authorized to, and no interference with other users or the platform.

Payments

Paid plans are billed as described at signup. Fees are charged through our payment processor. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

Your content & data

You retain rights to the content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time (Account → Delete account, or salonaix.com/delete-account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, SalonAix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
